I got some from Ali Express to refurb the interior of a hard case:

It's a long wait to get it this cheap, but I could not find it at a decent price in the UK - it was working out at over £20

I've gone up the tip before and grabbed a old seat of a sofa. Get a cheap metal 1mtr ruler, sharpen the edge, lay 2 bits of 4x2 apart and lay the foam i between and run the blade in a slow sawing motion between the 2 blocks of wood. You can cut either 2" thick or 4". Just be careful of sofas that might of had an -accident- on 😅
