Oaks Summer BH Pairs Charity Shoot 27th May
We will be holding our annual May Bank Holiday Charity shoot on Monday 27th May, start time 10am with signing in and plink available from 8:30am. Safety brief at 9:50am – all shooters must attend.
As before it will be a pairs shoot i.e. combined scores from teams of two shooters, the two shooters can coach each other as they shoot so a good chance for experienced shooters to coach less experienced or just less lucky competitors.
There will be prizes for Open / Open pairs or Open / Recoil (or 0.22”) class

The fee will be £10 per person which gets you entry to the competition, a bacon sandwich at he start and a burger at the end plus one raffle ticket, more raffle tickets will be available to purchase on the day and details of the raffle prizes will be announced over the next few weeks.

All funds raised will go to Cancervive which is a charity set up to help the friends and family of cancer patients.

The whole idea of the day is to have some fun and raise funds for a very worthwhile cause.

Charles , how about including a pairs 10meter catapult comp into it .... i can supply catapults for people to use . all shots into a catchbox so no ammo left on the floor , unless of course people miss the catchbox completely but even that can be sorted if needed .

I have found that there are some amazingly compassionate people within the HFT community and will ask that if you are not able to attend this shoot, please put some money in the collection pot that I will be carrying at any of the shoots that I attend between now and then. That way I can convey your generosity to the wonderful individuals that are helping others through probably the worst ordeal that they are going through in their lives.
