Looking for Sharp Innova / front sight hood / paperwork

    Hi,
I bought a Sharp Innova Mk1 in .177 a little while ago and I just love it.
A .22 Innova would be very nice as well!
I'm also looking for a front sight hood, and paperwork/original box (dream on...).
A boxed example would be taken into consideration
    Kind regards, Louis

    Louis,

    Good luck in your search.

Not trying to sidetrack the thread, but has anyone on here (cinedux maybe?) ever seen let alone owned a UD-II or mini-UD? If so, how did it compare to, say, a Crosman 160/180? My impression is that the UDs were more powerful.

Alliance hobby sell a front sight hood for the Crosman 2240 - if you have some pics and measurements of your innova front sight I could see if one would fit?

Thank you eyebull, I appreciate your help.
Here is a photo of the front sight hood base.
The measurements of the slot where the hood slides on are:
2 cm long and 3 mm wide.

I cant remember where I got this box from but I dont think its standard Innova. More like the Chinese copy of.

This is more like what they came in. Brown cardboard.

This may help if you can get someone to copy it. The hoods were naff and easily lost - just like the BSA ones.

At a glance I think the Alliance Hobby one may fit!
I'll get the calipers out when I get home.

Got the calipers out, then the internet went down, then forgot to bring the measurements into work
I'll try and get them for you later - hopefully my broadband will be back on...

Sorry for the delay but I'm having a terrible time with my internet [started writing this post at 11am, have had to wait 12 hrs to post it...]

The alliance hobby globe ring is a steel tube, 13m outside diameter, 1mm thick and 20mm long. The opening along one side is 4.5mm wide, but this can expand as you open it up.

Thank you very much! I hope your internet is working better now.
Your tip is very helpful. I have just had a look on the alliance hobby website.
    Kind regards, Louis
