    Zeroing rifle out doors

Hi what is the strongest breeze you try and zero your rifle.
I have an hft shoot on Sunday.
I need my rifle zeroed but only have a chance out doors tonight or possibly tomorrow wind to be 8mph
    My zero is 25 yards
Could I zero closer and get the left right sorted then take the elevation up to get 25

You have it in your last line.

Zero at 25 yards, then move in to around 15 yards to fine tune the windage.

IMHO and experience an 8mph wind is unlikely to affect the poi at 25yds on the assumption you are running between 10.5 & 12 ftlb

I have no idea what 8mph is "on the ground" if tall grass is gently whafting about there's no effect, if the bushes/nettles are being bent over I'll give it 1/2", if tree branches are moving it's not worth bothering.
