Interesting the 140 should not get harder to pull? I was wrong the 140 did start the blow-off valve. The Crosman 140 is Elm and does show Crosman always trying to cut costs. Sheridan would always maintain walnut.Originally Posted by smallholder1
the old sheridan are nice rifles I have one made in 1968.......but my favourite pump gun is my crosman 140 trigger gets harder to pull the more pumps but is made from blued steel and walnut stock at 5 pumps shoots nice
