Thanks for looking. Getting near reassemble time with a shed find mentioned on previous post. Component repairs are all but done and everything fits together OK.
Can anyone give advice with regard to setting up the outer sear adjustment and/or an description of piston/sear cocking action please?
Got it working with no mainspring but it's quirky, to me, so would like confirmation from them that knows.

Back together with new seal, spring, bit of welding/filing/thread cutting. Works nicely around 8 ft.lbs. pellet dependent so satisfied in .177.
Read about "legendary double click" as sears engage. Puzzled 'cos this has three clicks so can anyone out there with 1st/2nd Series cock theirs to compare please.
Soldered the UL catch and misfit front sight on, otherwise tried to leave as found, and here she is
