The only place that I know of that has them in stock is Pyramid Air and they are selling them for $90 plus $53 shipping

. They do however offer 5% discount on your first order

That's about £110 delivered.
There must be someone somewhere who has a spare one in their parts box.

I would also think the Pyramid part is for the new FWB Sport. Maccari is a good bet.
