    I found that adding one the rubber grip covers similar to this made the grips much more comfortable and usable on the HW45:

    Very hold sensitive pistols, I have 3 (2 in .177 and 1 in .22) one of the .177 pistols is rigged with a small scope and shoulder stock, on a calm/windless day I can hit beer tins at 50 yards with monotonous regularity.....

    I have a .177 version now fitted with a .22 barrel, i find the .22 on full power is best, half power seems harder to shoot.
    A set of Hogue wrap around grips made a huge difference.
    Both .177 and .22 seem to favour RWS hobby.
