My arrows are £13 each and are the highest quality full carbon jobs.
So how many would you like me to bring for others to use?

Fingers crossed for two more newbies!

There are a couple of lads who I used to work with at Ducati at Lincoln. One of them fancied an air rifle a few years ago and I pointed him in the direction of the HW99, which he loves.

Chap number two, who shall be referred to as "Monkey" came to collect a trade part exchange today. It's his birthday very soon and, as he has been using Chap Number One's '99, is fancying one himself. So we had a good old chin wag and I think he'll be the proud owner of his very own '99 now.

Told him about The Bash and he sounded well up for it.......I'll keep on at him.

They're both a right laugh and can drink for England, so would fit right in for the Night Shift but, as Monkey runs a retail bike shop, might not be able to do any overnighting.

    BOING!!

    How many Boingerati DON'T have a '99?

And now your collection's growing nicely and you'll soon have unlimited space, Pauly, a nice little '99 will be a lovely addition.

I must admit Tone that having space in the future will be ‘dangerous’ for me. I have a roomy cupboard at the moment that is full which kinda keeps the reins on me.

Cheers for the offer of a 69 Bruv

    :
It's a tricky one for sure, Pauly.

On the one hand you sorta think, "The '99's so lovely and has so many positive attributes, plus it probably stands out as the absolute bargain in the HW range, that it'd almost be rude NOT to have one".

But then, like my little ensemble (and there are plenty out there who have far more than I have), it's so easy to end up with guns that hardly ever get used, which seems a shame......but then just having them is nice......and you sometimes also end up with duplicates......oh heck, here we go again.....and it's so easy to talk yourself into and justify yet another one.

Still couldn't bear to be parted with any of mine, though.

It's an addiction, an obsession, for sure.

    But a nice one.

Me; never owned one but shot a few, fettled and unfettled. Very nice, all of them, but I have a Walther Terrus, which shoots equally as nice, so never had the urge to change one for t'other.
