right problem is have a hawke airmax scope on a freefly in 177 great ..ordered sidewheel fitted it also great put the mag in or out ..no chance will not pass the wheel cannot find any higher mounts in dovetail 30mm tube....is it a case of cut a piece out of the wheel??

You can get smaller scope wheels from Hawke I had the Sam problem with my sidewinder or look on flea bay some on there are flogging 3D printed ones. If you do go 3D ffs make sure the size is spot on. I had one made for an MTC correct size would it would it heck as the chap who printed it put small lugs in i which I had to sand out.

You can also get wheels that are shaped to allow mag access. If it isnt for range finding...... you can also use a plastic fishing coaster. This gives easy focus and it will allow easy mag use too. But it isnt any good if you want to mark up distances.

silly me will take the airmax off the firefly and stick it on the hunting five ,and then put the viper on the firefly

and then again could have just slid it BACKWARDS
