Holts
After all fees paid £910 paid for a BSA Club, surely a word record, or does someone know of one selling for more?

Not just any old BSA Club though, the variation sold is near unique. Still top money though I agree. The Lincoln pistol mentioned is commonplace by comparison. Holts appears to achieve high prices for the exceptional, price for the more mainstream might well be trending downwards these days? BSA underlevers for example in 'average' condition are much the same money as 20 or 30 years ago.

Yes, not many 'Club Mark 2' models are known. I walked past one twice at a previous Kempton fair before a friend pointed it out to me. Although pricey, it sold for a lot less than the Holts example.
As Chris says, a very rare example of the Club for sure.
