Someone said the actual trigger blades can be weak, both Mk1 and 2's, think Macari did a machined solid replacement which was supposed to be quite good

I have a Maccari trigger on mine and to be honest I don't think it's much better than the plastic one it replaced although the safety tab now works flawlessly.
I'm not brave enough to attempt the modification to make it a 2 stage unit.

the trigger is brilliantly compact, and only monor changes to the ally blade are required to get a nice two stage.. no idea what all the fuss is about.

Not sure about weak lock up either.. unless you fit a steel moderator it's fine - the accuracy proves that.

With only having a hand drill, and no vice, I'm not confident of drilling a hole through a trigger blade that cost over £90 with postage.

    Sounds like the correct decision
