Am I the only one who likes the "Perfekt" trigger ?

OK, I'm not exactly sophisticated when it comes to triggers - so long as they are predictable, and I can hold the gun on target whilst pulling them, I'm happy enough.

This HW30 I have here with a Perfekt tigger is just fine. I really like the resettable safety, positioned in just the right place to the rear. I can see on opportunity for a mod to make it true two stage, but I'm not sure I can be bothered - it's just fine as is !

I've had Perfekt triggers on hw30's and as you say, they were fine, except for one fault I've seen manifest itself on this trigger; they go hair triggered with wear, literally firing as the barrel was locked up and safety removed. I swapped the offending triggers out with Rekords and blanked off the end block with a 25mm dia copper blank (which also reduced the gap between stock and action the 30's seem to have been designed with).

I've only had a few shots with my old school '50 and can't say I was enamoured.

Rekord sat here ready to go in once I have the time to give her a fettle.
