Pictures in sales?

Why do some pictures download from computer and others don't? From same camera, same settings, same everything, but won't do it on one thread but will another?
Its completly random if it will attach or not.

This for the sales sections. Got the scope pictures to attach in optics, but not the rifle in gun section.
Five minute job taken an hour.

I think the best way is upload to Google drive , enable link share on the pic and then copy the link and do it that way ?

Its completly random if it will attach or not.

The file is too big, edit the photo on the PC to a smaller size or lower resolution.
or
take another pic with a plain background, a "busy" background will increase the file size.

Another hint is a simple full length pic of each side, if people want detail close ups email them.
