    Any issues greasing Erma ELG 10 anti-bear trap ratchet grooves?

    Rookie here, never had a anti-bear trap mechanism. Looks totally dry and I’m lubricating my new to me Rifle. Don’t know if lubricant makes it more likely to slip or will help preserve the sharpness of the grooves?
