    Nice 100M group

Things are finally coming together with my .257 Evanix, shot this groups yesterday when testing bullets at 100M after I had issues in our 200M BR. Medium wind so indoors would have been even smaller. Some further mods needed but this is not bad at all.

You can be proud of that!

I just started shooting at 100 yds - a 6" group puts a big smile on my face!

    Damn good that Riku!
Best I've ever managed was 1" C to C with a SuperTen running at 32 FtLb with H&N Baracuda .22's on a cold still morning outdoors.
BSA Super10 addict, other BSA's inc GoldstarSE, Original (Diana) Mod75's, Diana Mod5, HW80's, SAM 11K... All sorted!

1" CTC with .22 pellet gun outdoors is very good. I've shot some 21mm groups with my Scorpion and JSB Kings but .25 has better BC than a .22. Doing sub 1" groups at 100M with a bullet shooter means I can expect 2-3" groups at 200M if I read the wind right. After all the BC of a 257420BT bullet is about 0.16 while .22 pellets have only about 0.03 BC, that has a HUGE impact on wind drift. If you are interested in those things Bob Sterne wrote a rather eye opening article about the effects of the BC

My best was with my .243, 5 shots in 22mm at 200 yards with 55 grainers and 5 shots in 28mm at 275 yards with 100 grain soft points.

    With my .177 Kozak, I've printed a 9mm 12 shot group at 39 yards.

Another .243 airgun? Tell me more, there are not that many of those out there. Is it custom or did you convert it, and if so what gun did you use for your the build?
