    Webley Omega Production Numbers?

Does anyone have an idea of the number of Omegas manufactured in both calibres in rifle and carbine lengths?

Thanks David, that is interesting.I would have thought in both cases, rifle and carbine .22 would have been the most prolific calibre!

That's surprising that the numbers of .177 & .22 standard length models are so close, more in fact for .177, as it seems much less common to find an Omega in .177 I'd say the vast majority of Omega's I've come across have been .22.

I had the same reaction. 8 or 9/10 of Omegas of all kinds that I’ve seen in the U.K. have been .22”s.

Maybe a higher proportion of the .177”s went for export?

Troubledshooter: do you have similar build numbers for other Webleys? I’d be really interested in seeing them.

I had a full length .177,the breech block was stamped with the Egyptian importer's name.
