Webley Mk2 2nd series with booklet and bag

Webley Mk2 2nd Series with safety catch, overall in very nice condition retaining approx. 90% original bluing (does have faint blemishes in the bluing) cocks and fires as it should with the safety catch working, rear sight blade and adjuster are not fitted but come with the gun. The rear tangent sight is fitted and operates correctly. Also included with the gun is the original Morton book that was sold with the gun in May 1934 (pencilled faintly in top left corner and serial of gun in the inside of the cover) serial number is s1259 on the rear of the trigger guard and is the same number as on the barrel so is a matching gun. Woodwork is in nice condition with no splits or cracks. Also included with the gun is the Webley takedown bag, it has seen a bit of usage over the years but has served to protect the gun well.
Overall a very nice original gun that is really nice having the original booklet and bag with it.

Nice addition to your burgeoning collection of vintage air rifles.
Out of interest, what calibre is the latest addition to the Binners family?

    Because you really needed another...!

I can vouch for the quality of Guy's airguns myself.
