Red face Swiss Arms 1911 faulty!

    Hi all

I chanced upon this Co2 pistol at a bootsale yesterday, Brought it homer thinking it was going to leak like crazy but it holds the gas and works great until you come to fill the mag with BB's, There seems to be something wrong with the little hinged retainer at the top!

I put the BB's in to the mag tube, They all ran straight out of the top!!

Anyhow, I found a brand new replacement for £13 on fleabay so maybe it wasn't quite the bargain I thought it was going to be!!

    Thumbs up

Found a new and reasonably priced mag on fleabay and it's all working great now!!

It's rather more powerful than I thought it would be, I reckoned it may have just managed to go through one side of a bean can, It cleared both sides, Good job the can was in the bin as the BB's were contained!!

    In to the bean can!

    And out the other side!!

That mag is widely available and cheap
    Some aren't !

Should continue to work well if you if you load a modest amount of BBs each time and don't shoot it like a teenager.

    Cheers Ginge, It's great fun!!

I can't help but shoot it like a teenager, Blatt em off as fast as I can!!

I've had this Baikal for a while but it wouldn't work properly, I thought it was the mag so I managed to buy a pair from the Ukraine (One for BB's, T'ther for pellets), I eventually realised the mag retainer should have a spring to keep the mag in place, If you point it down, The mag drops out with the next shot!! , Shame as I reckon it would be fun!!

Also have a Baikal Drozd that is epic fun!!
