    The package is in the UK. They tried to deliver yesterday but we were not in. I expect they will try to deliver again on Monday.

    No idea if there are any extra costs yet although if they have tried to deliver it is a good sign that there are no further charges.

    If all goes well I shall be able to get to Kempton on the 8th and, hopefully, collect the book from you in person. I assume you will be there?

    They've arrived. Signed by the man himself too! For those of you who want your book posted, please give me a few days to sort out appropriate packaging and postage costs. For the rest, I will see you at Kempton, or failing that I will probably leave them with someone for you to collect.
