I quickly found out what a close community Airgun collectors were and how freely you had access to the real experts. He will be greatly missed.
I have had several similar experiences with Dean. One story that stands out is Dean's account of pallet loads of the Crosman 150C wooden presentation boxes being broken up into a dumpster. I was always hoping Dean would produce a book on the 150 pistol but sadly this never happened.
