flecha model 14 air rifle ??

hi, does anyone know anything about this? ie, when it was made? where it was made? cannot seem to find any conclusive info on it, flecha model 14 in .22 no scope rail, rear sight. elevation only, front plastic sight in dovetail, gun does not seem too cheaply made has nice stock with grooved butt, sorry can not seem to upload pictures, any info appreciated.
