    Merry Christmas to you and Christine and Best Wishes to you both for the New Year.

    The club will be closed from now until Thursday 3rd January - well it is available on our regular nights over Christmas - but none of us will be going on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Years Eve as we have other things to do on those days !

    I wondered how long it would be before somebody spotted that

    It was Thursday 3rd January this year - but next year (2020) it will be Thursday 2nd January - and that's when we will be back in the club again!

    ......I wish people would stop "fiddling about" with the calendar - it worked perfectly well enough having a Thursday on January the 3rd this year - there was no need to change things and cause confusion !

    We would all like to have 20/20 vision - but where would the challenge be then eh?

    Far better to squint and fumble along and just take a stab on the trigger when the target flashes past - it may not be as accurate - but a little flutter can be fun now and again - eg (every Tuesday and Thursday evening).

    hiya Bob i was in my cupboard tonight and I think I've found those long post sights,'ll have a look at what they are in the morning, hope you've had a good Christmas, say hi to the lads.
