What a fantastic day’s shooting at Kingsley today.

The weather was kind – not that cold and no rain – but provided enough wind to test us.

The course setters had done a great job with a course full of traps, trickery & surprises – including
A 15mm stander, 15mm 10 yarder & some very small kills at very long distances! Although there was a lot of mud around the setters had managed to keep the majority of pegs pretty clean for us – top job fellas.

Great shooting from Kathy puts her at the top of the pile with Michelle taking second & Ian third.

A big well done to Martyn on his PB & an even bigger well done to Edward on getting a PB of 50 & putting in the best junior score of the day – he also beat Martyn on countback!

Just to make you all aware that countback is used on all scores. For example, me and Kenny got the same score but I beat him on countback so therefore am placed above him. I shot with my springer & scope for the first time – just saying like.

Thanks to all who came today all who have supported the club over 2019. Thanks also for helping Kingsley to raise £132 for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.

A Merry Christmas to all & we hope to see you at the first shoot of the new decade on the 5th January.
