    Rapid help please

I have got a rapid 7/12 from a seller on here and its brilliant!
Its as accurate as my daystate redwolf and works like a dream.

    Just one question please!
I have bought a rapid fill kit from Best Fittings but there appears to be a regulator fitted in the action?
If I plug the quick fill into this the cylinder will be almost as lo9ng as the barrel?

Have I bought the wrong kit!

    Many thanks

There are different QF kits from several manufacturers.
The Best fittings kit that does not require stock modification does state that it moves the buddy bottle 55mm forward

There are other kits which replace the buddy bottle valve, or others that replace the fastflow/regulator adaptor, & you need to know if it's a mk1 or mk2.

If its reged you could just get a banjo with a gauge and quick fill then get reg body turned down to take the banjo.abit of messing about but you would not add any length to the bottle position.

I have not done any quick fill and gauges for a while and dont have any in.if you could get hold of a raw banjo with gauge and filler fitted I could adapt your reg to fit it.
