    Yet another custom 600

I said I would not buy anymore, but I could not let local guy cozzamec sell his latest 600. I always thought glass bead blasting would be a good finish as it does not retain any dirty fingermarks like some matt finishes. Mike blasted this one after polishing the internals and resealing, Lawrie replacing the exhaust valve seal. What do guys think of the grip options I have ?

    Blue grips: 1 vote.

I like the colour contrast & it seems to go with the general 'space age' look of the pistol. Harks back to an era when cars had big fins, lots of chrome & even lemon squeezers looked like a three legged something from the Festival of Britain.

Blue grips.... Just seem to suit the silver finish.

The silver ones looks nice too, but just get lost in a sea of silveryness

That glass bead blast finish looks fantastic, looks very modern.
Blue grips look best to me.

    Very nice.

I agree with the above preference for blue grips which make the 600 look appear as cutting edge as it would have when it originally left the factory.
    Every home should have one.

Blue. With that finish this is no time for half measures. It’s go big or go home.
    Morally flawed

The 600 does take the modern look rather well.
I must find a scruffy one for Mike to do.
What about your American flag grips on one Mike?

I did do a test set of 2240 grips with a colour blend of red, white and blue, but went for the sparkle blue on this, just thought the contrast worked well

that looks awesome.. another vote for blue.

the wood (classic) and grey (understated, 1700's) do both look OK as well, but that blue just transforms the whole image of the gun
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
