    Hi John,

I remember a bloke asking for a valuation on a 35 Barracuda on the HW forum and someone said it was nothing special so it was only worth £100.

Mick, probably followed with an offer of £110 as they were feeling generous

    I rather like the 35E..

Where did you order from Mr Gingernut ?

    Prices seem reasonable ?
    Through Hull Cartridge via RFD.
    I've forgotten the exact figure.
    Bit over £300?

Sportsmangun do the standard 35E for £331.99 plus delivery to RFD

I did a bit of haggling for the nickel one.
Which might be why it's not turned up yet!

I sold a nice old 35E to Coburn on here.
    Then decided I liked them!

There have been numerous variants over the HW35's 69 year production run, the HW35 Barracuda isn't realy classed as an Airgun though as it relies on Ether injection to boost its power to FAC levels.

And it's a beauty, 1974 pre safety HW35E, it joined 3 other 35's in my collection, a 35 std from 79, a Delux and another 35E both from 78. I bought another late 70's std for the girlfriend.

Ignoring barrel lengths (Karbine, 19" and 22") and safety catch types, off the top of my head theres the Standard, Deluxe (incl Ball Bag), Export, (left and right handed) Lochschaft (Thumb Hole), Black Silencer, Blue Laminated, Safari and Barracuda. Then theres the sub groups Vixen and Venom. Im sure Ive missed a few.
