If you get 5lt of Propan-2-ol (99.9%) and 2 bottles (2x118ml) of pure lanolin (typical quantities available online) and mix them all together you'll get a 21:1 mix and a lifetime's supply, almost.

Listening to the experts on the net, anywhere from 10:1 to 25:1 seems to work. But 21:1 I know works and this way you have no leftovers and it makes measuring a doddle. Just let the alcohol evaporate before you size.
Good deals with: Muskett, Dreben, roger.kerry, TALL, Helidave1, Chelseablue, Leeroy7031, Mousemann, pnuk, Practical, NEWFI, HOOGS, Webb22, lazybones1416 and deanw5262 among others. Thanks Guys.

    Cheap brass case lube

Want a really cheap but brilliantly effectively alternative?

Go to Tesco or Sainsburys and buy a block of Trex cooking fat (less than a quid). Warm it up and put in two sticks of beeswax and melt it all together (the sticks together amount to about the size of a Mars bar.) Tiny little bit on your fingers, very sparingly apply to case and Bob's your uncle. This stuff also works as a cheap and effective muzzle loading lube and will also make your boots water resistant if you use it on them. Added benefit is that if you wipe your cases with a rag or tissue afterwards it does a really good job at cleaning off the burnt black stuff you find around the case mouths and can often avoid doing any further case cleaning.

I've been using that for years and never had a stuck case. Enjoy.

Just a quick update on this:- got the lanolin/alcohol stuff and it works really well, better than the Lee having said that I eventually managed to get a bottle of the Forsters and that is the best by far. IMHO.
