Looks like I’m the first voter.
    FWB 300 for me.
After shooting a few 300 series rifles at the Boinger Bash events,I found I really needed one in my collection ldwink.
I have also shot a few other types of match rifle, but the FWB 300 is my favourite.

Like whiskies, fishing flies/lures, I'm not very good at making my mind up on this subject. There are reasons to click the 65/66, 75, LGV and Haenel box.
    1. 65/66 for quality of design, engineering and handling/hold.
    2. 75. As above but superior in everything apart from handling.
    3. LGV: beautifully built and smoothest of all. Can match accuracy of recoilless guns.
    4. Haenel 311. Highly accurate oddball that adds up to far more than the sum of its parts.

I'll choose my favourite later on, I hope.

    I went for the 75.

I ticked the Diana 75, but I really really like shooting the Anschutz 220 just as well.

For me, it’s the 66, because I’ve owned it for about 40 years, and was back in the day blown over by its handling, trigger, and accuracy.

I have never had a 75, and always thought it would be like a 65/66, only better.

I don’t get on with the FWB. They just don’t do it for me, although I know they are awesome.

I do like my LG55, though. Nice size, weight (without barrel shroud) and balance, incredibly easy to cock, and, despite recoiling, it just consistently prints small groups where I point it. If I ever ended up doing something like bell target, that would be my choice. Mrs Geezer and Geezer Junior also get on well with it.

    I’ve got a couple of 10m springers but I’m surprised to say it’s s 1964 Tyrolean Diana 60.

Less faff then a side lever, the recoiless action is pleasing and the stock fits me really well.
    Very nice to shoot

Yep, very nice. I was wondering if one of those would pop up. Less faff than most as you just tap open and close the barrel as required. Perhaps Mr. Geezer would be kind enough to add 60 to his 65/60 option.

If I knew how, I would. Let’s take it that 65/66 includes 60. And FWB 300 includes the 110 and 150.

Toss up between my Anschutz 250 and Diana 75 but possibly my Weihrauch 55T edges it as the break barrel, even with the breech lock, is so much more manageable plus the Tyrolean cheek piece is as comfortable as a Feather bed with a duck-down duvet....😎

    Recoilless : Diana 75 UT01
Recoiling: from that row of choices: Walther LG55T
In case of other: Webley MK3/Osprey Supertarget. Allthough maybe more 6 yrd belltarget guns?

    Geezer,

    Tough one !!

    I have a Diana/Original 66, a Diana/Original 75, an FWB300 (Not 'S'), an FWB 300SU, an Anschutz 250, a Walther LG55, and a Walther LGV Olympia, and I love shooting them all.

For me, the Diana/Original 66 just pips the rest at the post.

For some reason, I can shoot the '66 better (less badly ? ) than the others.

Have fun & a good weekend

    Best regards

    Russ
