I know that alliant 2400 was developed for the .22 hornet and some people are using it for .223

I don't load for 17, but Ramshot TAC is popular for .223... I use it and works fine with 55 and 69 gn bullets.

TAC and Reloder15 have both given great results in my rifles. Somewhere around the 24-24.5gn (R15) charge with a 77gn bullet and it's sweet.

i use viht120 for 53gn vmax in my .223....... viht130 works better on quickload but i stick with what works
