feinwerkbau sport 127 cocking lever faling out ?

I have got a feinwerkbau sport 127 and when you go to cock it and then shut the barrel the cocking lever falls out , not sure what is the problem or is there a part missing the part the cocking lever fits into on the piston is there but i am not sure if anything is worn or bent as it needs a new piston seal in it any help would be great .
    thanks

I think its the cocking lever thats worn , the cocking shoe looks ok i have had a look for a new lever and there are none out there john nibbs chambers all sold out , now can this be built up and ground down if possible as the pressure when its cocked is not on the part that needs the repair
could it be built up with a metal compound as it needs to be longer to keep it from falling out , has anyone ever needed to to build one up if so any help would be great .
    thanks

Could it be that the cocking lever has been bent?

Have welded and re profiled some. Definitely HW and maybe FWB . Memory fades.

I've tried to do a more detailed picture to help if you're going to try to reprofile it.
