What pellet should I use in my air rifle?

I always shake my head when I see these, as it doesn't matter how many times you tell people that every barrel is different, someone still swears black and blue that "x" pellet is the best for that make of air rifle.

It's a sad fact of modern life.

Germanic sounding names on what are obviously Far Eastern manufactured tools spring to mind. Cheap scopes with German names are another.....and so on.
Yes I agree with what you say the only controversy is are ALL Diana guns now not made in Germany and from what Diana says when interviewed that their (performance range) are 100% made in Germany, but it is clear that the others are made in Bulgaria and China, the thing is are they not telling the truth why not say all the Diana ranges are made in Germany instead of saying only the performance range is made in Germany on their web site.

Some like to consecrate on old info that don't mention any particular model but it is (still controversial) when it states on a up to date website that SOME models are still made in Germany.
I guess some don't like the truth or just like to think they are right even when the facts tell them they are wrong

No controversy as far as I can see, made in Germany means exactly that, anything else means it's not, but it's not necessarily rubbish either.
We have to accept that manufacturing and assembly takes place outside the country that is associated with the brand.
Nothing wrong with that as long as the quality and price are acceptable.
For instance I think some ex Eastern European airguns are very well made and I would not mind at all if Diana were to farm out some of its production to them to keep prices acceptable.
It's the world we live in now.
