Are there any 'shoot by' and 'submit results by' dates for the winter competitions?

The Autumn/Winter competition ends on the 31-Dec-2020.

Aside from that, you can submit results any time you like, with the restriction that whole months have to be submitted.

So you can submit month by month, or two months at a time, etc.
