    Have a silver antler 4/32
    And a nice Optima wide angle sat on my HW mk 1 80 in 177.

    My favourite hunting mag is 4x40 I have an old 4x40 tasco FM had it from new been on dozens on guns ive owned i would never let it go its a brilliant scope.

    The Simmons WTC 4x40WA did it for me ! Strangely I don’t have one at present although I used four back in the day.
    Such a wide clear objective disc, a fairly lightweight design, reliable on spring guns and good in low light.
    I’d have one again if a nice example ever turned up.

    Got an old Bisley 4x40 scope here. Purchased this back in 1887 for my HW77.
    Bit battered now. But the scope has been on many rifles over the years.
    All my hunting was don't with this scope. Anything from a few yards and out to 60 plus. Good old days.
