    Webley Tempst .22 valuation

I am considering selling my Tempest. Is been stored badly (by me)and the barrel bore has rust internally.I would say its well used but complete unmolested condition. It has F in hexagon and "Made in England" on underside so brummie built.Cocks and fires perfectly.Any idea of value please.|I pretty certain i wont use it again. Thanks for any feedback

Asking to buy by pm on a valuation thread will get you banned off the site. Dont do it. Read the rules.

Rust in barrel kinda depends wether the barrel is now pitted or not. If its pitted, I wouldnt give anything for it. If its only surface rust that can be removed.
But overall looks are important too. Is lettering still in tact or not?
Any other rust? Outside of barrel maybe?
Maybe post a pic for more accurate valuation.
No I dont want it, I already have 3 or 4

I recently bought a 177 Tempest in good usable condition (but with the lettering worn off), Birmingham made, with a spare pair of wooden grips...for £130, then sold it shortly afterwards for the same amount.

    if that's any help

He has asked on the forum for you to pm him when you have a price in mind,, Beware,,, The mods are strict but maybe as you both have low ratings they may let it slip and advise him to read the rules..
Getting a barrel isnt hard but a couple of pics will help the members give you a better valuation.. Col.

Tbh, Its fair enough and I couldn't really complain at a ban. I should have read the rules and it was a bit shady of me trying to poach a sale.
