    Red Dot off set mount

Are there any guys out there that could make this style of mount ? its and adjustable 35/45 degree low profile red dot mount to enable me to fit a red dot sight at the side of my primary optic on an .22 AR15 style rifle .
There a couple of companies in the US that make them but can't ship to the UK due to the ITAR regulations !
It is a piccatinny mount, Trex arms and Arisaka make them but i think their pics are copy righted !

As far as I know a lot of shooting related stuff has been taken off the ITAR regs earlier this year and moved back over to normal 'export control' & so should now be avaialble to ship to the UK without requiring export licences

That's what i had read , I emailed both companies who said they were unable to ship any of their merchandise to the UK.

The T Rex one would be perfect, the guy has spent some time developing that mount to bring the red dot scope close to your main optic sight line then you are not having to either twist the rifle hard over or twist your neck hard over. With the T Rex it's just a quick flick over from one sight to the other .
