Shame that had to change. I remember buying an S400 in walnut stock, together with new scope, mounts and dive bottle from JSR.

I've been buying from js since the days you could buy a full outfit, how the dealers hated them!! Just ordered over £200 of stuff for a friend. I appreciate how they pay for the running of bbs and it's my way of a thankyou, but they tend to be cheapest anyway, aslong as you order a lot to justify the postage

Yes, his bricks and mortar shop was in Shipley west yorks, my home town and my go-to place for all things shooting. Bought a BSA Airsporter Centenary and a Sharp Innova there too.

I have always tried to support my local shops wherever posible but I have used JSR for pellets and other small items for a while now as they have the items I want, are so much cheaper and deliver to the door, quickly.
I suppose ite bulk buying power being forwarded to the end user but a saving of nearly £5 on a tin of 300 JSB's is a deal and a half compared to the local shops trying to make a quid odd a tin.

I'm the same as you but when you can save a fiver per tin by getting them online, then I'm going to get them sent to me, especially when money has been tight in the past.
