    Vortex Customer Service.

    Just received my replacement Diamondback as my old one developed a fault. MASSIVE THANKS to Eddie and the team as their customer service and vortex service is second to none. Well done lads and thanks again. Mach 1.5

    Yip I purchased a second hand Viper PST , it was missing couple of items quick email to see if I could purchase the items , no was the answer give us your address and they will be sent , life time warranty still applies , exc service

    Excellent to here good things about manufacturers for a change, many seem to miss the part where we spend hundreds of pounds on their goods
