Had a good plink with the new Innova today after fitting a standard pump handle, then rubbed down with fine wire wool.
I also retro fitted a mk2 safety, it is very basic but I like it. I cleaned the grease out of the cylinder and lubricated the pivot points with secret sauce.

I need to adjust the pump rod to make the handle close a bit firmer and it felt a bit weak on 4 pumps.

Thanks Ped the S200s feel so nice to shoot, they're my friends he has half a dozen for cadets or scouts. They have the 10 shot conversion which was a bit clunky to operate.

my s2oo is still a work in progress it was .22 and i bought a .177 barrel for it which turned out to be a .22 so i machined a .20 blank to fit

I can see why the S200 was so popular now, it's a good all rounder. Were they all made by CZ?

I once bought a 6ft-lb .177 Stealth for 10m fun and when it turned up it was in .22. Unless it was for Germany, it was not much good for anything.

The Innova looks great with that silencer fitted, very business like

Thanks MartynB, it's the Hugget Belitta Atom, it's the smallest silencer I've found and keeps the rifle short. The size does let it down, it dampens the muzzle crack, but it's far from quiet.

If I'm honest, any silencer is a bonus as without one it has a hell of a crack

Yes the Innova certainly does, it must be the short barrel.

I've stripped the Innova down to see what surprises are inside and to try and get the alloy breech on. It has what looks to be a Trobb replacement piston head to take an Oring.

I'm going to re blue the pump tube and I think I might do the barrel too and leave off the plastic shroud.

I'm having trouble re fitting the trigger, I've got the L sear to replace the old block and used the old spring. The new alloy block only accepts the L shaped sear.

The problem is when I fit the short screw and put the trigger spring on top there's then no room for the trigger. I've tried without the securing screw and everything just feels sloppy.

Thank you Ped, something is not right here. There's a 2nd shorter M6 grub screw that goes through before the trigger spring, but it's still too long.

the later batches have been altered from the original ones Mike brought in a few years back as we did a few mods to them
i'd try a shorter grub screw to allow for more spring or use a shorter spring
i know Steve who got this batch of parts has got some more in and has built one on that model of breech i'll message him later to see what his work round was
