Just took out the breach washer(it was slightly off centre) put a thin plumbing washer behind it, & its back up to full powerwell 6ftlb from 2ftlb anyway

The 'issue' with the 'Giss' Diana's is that certain bits were selectively fitted.

The breech washer, the end-plate (under the end-cap) etc. came in several different thicknesses.

Fine for the factory, but a pain in the ar3e for the rest of us

Mr. Dave Mercer is THE chappie for fettling the Diana 'Giss' rifles & pistols.
