.25 Webley Service Air Rifle Mk2

    Hi everyone,

I have this rifle and I’m thinking it’s time to be moving it on, the trouble is I have no idea how much it’s worth. It’s in ok condition and the serial numbers on the barrel and action match. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Garrick

    Hello,

As you will no doubt already be aware, Webley Mk2 Services are much sought after particularly in .25 calibre which means they command a premium over the more usually seen .177 or .22 calibres. Matching Ser Nos and overall condition are obviously also important discriminators when providing an estimated price.
I would think £600-£800 would be realistic for an example in the condition which yours appears be in from the photographs.

Your rifle appears to be in very nice used condition Garrick, with a lot of original finish still present, so I would have thought a figure of £750 wouldn't be far off the mark.

Thank you for the replies, I must admit I’m pleasantly surprised. Will put it on the sales section and see how it goes.

    Thanks

Beautiful - and I had no idea they were up as high as that price wise either, I've got one in .25 cal as well! Great fun to shoot though alongside the old BSAs of the time
