Not sure that Magic9 are still in business.
Sorry not to be more helpful.
Hi all,
I have a project rifle with Lawrie. I picked it up a while back as a non-working rifle thinking it would need a reseal and adjustment. I wasn't sure about the trigger either but as I had never handled one if theses assumed I was just ignorant :-).
Lawrie has taken the stock off today and found the trigger block in very poor shape indeed. He has sent me pictures which I will try and get on this thread later. Is this a common problem? I can see a company magic9 design do a replacement. Has anyone used one of theirs? Has anyone got a spare Sharp Ace trigger block they would be happy to sell?
Cheers Rich

I have a few triggers but none for sale i`m afraid due to the rarity of them, Try asking in the wanted ads for one. Col.
magic 9 have gone afaik and when i looked around for one s/h non of my contacts had them available even to trade for equally rare parts so i had to make one from billet
i can get them made but they'll not be cheap

The offending trigger block, innards are fine, it's just the block.

Jesus what was it made of? cast mud!!!
wow never seen anything like that before. That's not warped and cracked, that's fubar'd
trying to work it out... I would say must have to exposed to something corrosive, but the steel is unaffected. Maybe some corrosive contaminant in the original casting ?
Any metallurgists on here ?
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
i'd expext one to be around 50-60 more if anodised
i'd sub it out to my mate as i'm too busy with my main occupation and stuff already in progress plus summer is my time for fishing
i would have to have at least 5 made to make it worth the set up cost
i have some parts to anodise for him so when i return them i'll inc a trigger unit for him to look at
