I've sent off an email, so hopefully l get a reply in the next day or so.

l did find some posts reporting the same thing and they were suggesting that its because of they are not wanting people to use a VPN, but that's not what l'm doing as l wouldn't even know how.
I suspect its because l'm outside of the US and they must think that l might try to do something sinister.
I'll try it at work and see if l have the same issue from that machine.
