    Impact RM100 niggle resolved

After a bit of time in the cabinet, I brought the RM100 out to play last weekend. All initially went well but after a couple of hours it developed an intermittent fault; for some reason after the safety was disengaged the trigger would not actuate. Rather than pull it apart in the field, I ventured into the Impact for the first time this evening. The cause was simply a lack of lubrication on the safety bar slide. It had been lubed with a light oil previously (by the previous owner) and storage in this recent heat had dried out the action somewhat. When I disengaged the safety bar it was tying up rather than going fully across. A light application of anti-seize moly paste seems to have sorted the problem out (thank goodness).
