    Brocock Atomic losing pressure

Hey guys. Dug out my Atomic yesterday after a few years of not being used. Charged to 200bar and the pressure is dropping. After 12 hours it was down to 100bar. I was told years ago, after a long spell of inactivity, charging & discharging a few times can sort the prob by loosening everything up again. If this fails, any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Would this be an easy fix for someone who's not experienced?

    I've done a concept rifle.
Which is the same set up I think.

Empty all air ,spanner on valve which unscrews cylinder end cap.

The difficult bit is getting the valve out of the cylinder end cap.
The valve has a square to put your spanner on but the end cap is round.
    You need a vice.

Once done replace seals in valve or get new valve from Best fittings

Thanks Gingernut. As a hamfist, I just know I'd screw up, plus not certain that the filler is the culprit, so I'd rather not run the risk. Had a reply from Brocock today, sending it back to them for a full service & overhaul. Also enquired about the possibility of a different grip.

    Me too!
But I thought I could always stop if it got silly.
