    Good buy for two reasons:
First off not many made. Second the Vulcan MKI was brilliant. It was affordable, powerful, and accurate once the very heavy trigger was mastered. Never intended to shoot outside the farmyard, and within the farmyard able enough. Sure everyone wanted a HW35E at the time, or a FWB Sport, but they were a heck of a lot more money.
For once I think Vulcans are better as a .22, whereas normally I advocate .177's.

I for one think the Vulcan MKI should be given more praise for its part in Air Gun progress. A SE version is a worthy representation of this great rifle. Fact: mint Vulcan MKI's are rare as hens teeth, much easier to find mint nearly anything else from the 80's.
Vulcan MK2 are an improvement but there were loads made. The MKII deluxe with walnut is another to find. Like Airsporters, S's, better wood doesn't make them shoot better but just nicer to own over the beech stocks.
Add the Omega and Longbow and for collectors there are a few to add to the line up from the Webley stable of break barrels. What a lot of fun.
