Barn find bsa r10

I have a bsa r10 mk 1 that has bin stored for 4years in a barn.it was in the gun bag.I need advice to see if its repairable. It does not hold air.the pellet probe has rust on it.all the blueing is good.is there someone local to derby that could have a look at it for me.thanks tony
