Gunpower Shadow power wheel

Hi guy, i'm looking to buy a gunpower Shadow and have noticed all the dealers on the internet are showing photos of the power wheel in the frame, I was under the impression the power wheel was for FAC only is this correct or can you get it for sub 12lb ?? I have a Logan Gladiator with the three power settings and it's real handy to be able to turn the power down for indoor shooting and i'd like to do the same with the Shadow if possible.

You might be able to find a frame online from overseas but it might be difficult matching the main spring tension for Uk limits. One sold last year on Gunmart with the adjuster and that was sub 12fpe. I think Gunpower were just selling old stock as I havent seen another.
