    advice needed please

    Hi Gents
Have a slight problem with my BSA R10 Mk2. Low power.
I did have a leak on my xtx Huma reg, which after ordering a seal kit, have fixed.
Changed pelets from bisley mags to Diabolo express.
Run the pellets through the chrono (F1) and the power is 737.2 which equats to 9.49 ft/lbs.
I have tried to adjust the power by the hammer spring but the max I can get it to is 752 which is 9.88 ft/lb. I can wind it a fair way in but it will not change.
Have I done something to the regulator, I was very careful, using a vernier when reassembling it after the seal change to get it correct.
Before the leak it did run at 11.2ft/lb.
    thanks an advance

    Hi Dave.
Thats what im thinking. Maybe adjust reg slightly, then put hammer spring adjuster back where it was and start again.
    thanks

    update to post

Just in case anyone is interested, i think i have sorted the problem.
I have taken the regulator out and turned the adjustment screw 1/4 of a turn anti clockwise.
I then put the hammer spring back to where it was and then ran some tests.
With Air Arms Diablo Express , weight 7.87, they are now running between 11.04 ft/lbs and 11.22 ft/lbs. This was with 10 shots.
With Bisley Magnums, weight 10.6, they are now running between 11.39 ft/lbs and 11.70 ft/lbs. This was with 10 shots.
Just need to see how accurate it is and how many mags I can get on a fill.
    Thanks .

The reg pressure obviously got changed when you dismantled it easy to do despite the measurement a reg pressure tester is really the only way to set it accurately but it sound like you have got it close enough.
