Hi Evert. Part of the original barrel was in the block so just measure the remainder and that should answer your question? Mach 1.5
I was lucky enough to buy a C1 barrel block from one of the members on here.
When fitting a new .177 blank, I'm wondering what diameter the original C1 barrels were? There was some variation in Vulcan, Victor and Excel barrel diameters over the years, did this affect the C1 too?

Yes, and thank you again for helping me out with this!
The cut down stub in the block measures about 15.8mm, I'm just wondering if there were variations over the years.
Most of the "blanks" I have from gamos and different old donor guns measure less than 15.5mm, so they dont duplicate the size of the stub in the block.
But if the C1 ever had smaller diameter barrels (as said, some of the other guns in the Vulcan series had different diameters over the years), picking a barrel close to that would be my preferred approach!
I think webley went with 16mm barrels (15.8) when they introduced the Vulcan mk2 and of course the omega. Some webley guru's will have more knowledge than me on this one. Mach 1.5

As it’s just a victor or Vulcan depending on if it has a safety catch then the barrel out of a MK 11 Vulcan would fit as would the Victor .
Here you go.
Ps newer ones.Tommy/longbow etc are 15.75..
Measurements taken from my own guns
Vulcan mk3 ks. 16mm.
Vulcan mk1 SE. 14.25mm
Vulcan mk3. 16mm
Vulcan mk2 deluxe. 16mm
Vulcan mk2. 14.5mm
Victor. 14.5mm
Hawk mk1. 14.5mm
Hawk mk2 15mm
Hawk mk3. 14.5mm
Beeman c1. 14.5mm
Also if your turning your own the cutout for the barrel latch is generally 9.75 but to be sure use start at 10mm then fit and check for barrel/tube alignment.
I've done a few of my own.
